Alcohol-Related Damage
To ensure a comfortable stay for future guests, please keep the property clean.
If vomiting due to excessive drinking causes significant soiling, a

Smoking Outdoors Only (Portable Ashtray Required)
Smoking inside and on the balcony is prohibited. Please bring a portable ashtray and smoke outside only. If indoor smoking is found, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
Turn Off All Power Before Checkout
Please turn off lights, A/C, and floor heating before checking out. Also check that the IH cooktop is off.
No Entry for Unregistered Guests
Anyone not listed on the guest registry is not permitted to enter the property, regardless of whether they are staying overnight.
Lift for Wheelchair Users Only
The lift is reserved exclusively for guests using a wheelchair. Others are kindly asked not to use it.
One Set of Bedding Per Person
Please use one bed, pillow, and duvet per person.
Please Use Only the Towels You Need
Please avoid excessive use of towels.
Lock Up When Going Out
Please check the door and windows and make sure everything is locked before going out.
Do Not Take Facility Items
All items and supplies in the room belong to the facility. Please do not take them with you.
